Do you import everything you sell?
We import Hayati into the UK ourselves. Every nicotine vaping line we list goes through the same compliance checks, whoever imports it, and all our stock is supplied duty-paid.
Who can open an account?
UK trade businesses: vape shops, convenience stores, independents, wholesalers and cash and carry. You must be 18 or over and authorised to buy for your business. We do not sell to consumers.
How quickly do orders go out?
Orders paid before 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Parcels normally arrive the next working day to most mainland GB addresses. Delivery times are estimates.
Are your products notified to the MHRA?
Yes. Nicotine vaping products are notified to the MHRA before they go on sale. The MHRA does not approve or test products, so we run our own TRPR checks too.
