Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to approved trading addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), subject to the applicable product and regulatory requirements. Isle of Man deliveries require our prior written approval following checks of the applicable duty, stamp and product requirements. Channel Islands orders are handled only under separately agreed written export arrangements covering customs, local duties and taxes, product compliance and delivery responsibilities. We do not deliver to other destinations under our standard trade arrangements.

Dispatch

  • Orders become eligible for dispatch once accepted, all applicable destination and compliance checks have been completed, and payment has been received in full in cleared funds, unless dispatch on credit has been agreed under a separate written credit agreement.
  • Orders meeting these conditions before 5pm UK time on a working day are dispatched that working day. Orders meeting these conditions after the cut-off, or on a non-working day, are dispatched the next working day.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery times

  • Parcel orders: next working day after dispatch for most mainland addresses in Great Britain. Delivery estimates for Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and approved Isle of Man or Channel Islands orders will be confirmed before we accept the order.
  • Pallet and bulk orders: by arrangement with your account manager.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be longer at peak periods.

Charges

Delivery to approved trade customers in Great Britain is currently free of charge. Any delivery charges for Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands will be shown at checkout or agreed in writing before we accept your order. Responsibility for export-related charges and destination duties and taxes will be specified in the separate export arrangements. We may introduce delivery charges or a minimum order value in future; any applicable charge will be disclosed before you place your order.

On delivery

We may require someone aged 18 or over at the trading address to sign for the goods. Please check the goods and tell us about shortages, damage or wrong items within 24 hours. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Trade Terms and Returns and Refunds Policy.
