Returns and Refunds Policy (Trade)

This policy applies to approved business customers of VB Distribution, a trading name of VB GLOBAL BRANDS LTD. We sell to businesses only, so the consumer 14-day cancellation right does not apply and we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

What we accept

  • Faulty goods: report faults reasonably apparent on inspection within 24 hours of delivery. Faults that could not reasonably have been discovered on that inspection must be reported promptly after discovery.
  • Transit damage: report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong items or shortages: report within 24 hours of delivery.

How to claim

1. 1. Email info@vb-distro.com with your order number, the products and quantities affected, batch numbers and photos. You may also provide video evidence.

2. Wait for a returns authorisation number. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

3. Return the goods in their original packaging, with any duty stamps intact, using the method we tell you. For faulty goods, packaging and stamps need not be intact where damage resulted solely from normal opening or use before the fault was discovered. Return any remaining packaging and stamps where available.

Faulty items must be returned in batches of at least 10 items.

What we don't accept

  • Change-of-mind or over-ordering returns.
  • Goods that were opened, used, altered or stored incorrectly, unless faulty.
  • Goods with duty stamps removed or damaged by you, except damage resulting solely from normal opening or use of goods subsequently found to be faulty.

Outcome

We check returned goods within 5 working days. If the claim is accepted we will issue a credit note to your account, or at our choice a replacement or refund. Credit notes expire after 6 months from the date of issue. Where we arrange collection for an accepted claim, we pay the carriage.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Otherwise, the limitations and exclusions in clause 15 of our Trade Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.
