The UK landing platform for adult-nicotine brands.

HMRC-approved duty representation, bonded storage, VDS stamping, and full trade distribution — one partner, end-to-end, for brands that want to reach the UK market without rebuilding the infrastructure.

01
UK Duty Representative status
HMRC-approved to act on behalf of overseas manufacturers. You don't need to set up UK infrastructure — we operate it for you.
02
Bonded storage at scale
1M sq ft of bonded capacity. Stock enters the UK under duty suspension and is released on sale, optimising cash-flow through the 2026 transition.
03
Automated VDS stamping
Integrated stamping, serialisation, and audit-trail generation — the infrastructure UK retailers need from their suppliers post-October 2026.
04
Nationwide trade distribution
Direct coverage across National Accounts, Wholesale, Independent Retail, and Forecourt and Travel — the four routes that actually sell volume.

The UK has become a gated market. That's a problem — and an opportunity.

Until recently, bringing a nicotine product to the UK was a relatively open commercial decision. A manufacturer could appoint an importer, ship product in, and reach the trade through a mix of wholesale routes.

From October 2026, that route narrows. The Vaping Products Duty and the Digital Duty Stamp regime require a UK-approved duty representative to manage stamping, duty, and audit.

For brands without UK infrastructure, that looks like a barrier. For brands with the right UK partner, it's an opportunity — the market is about to get smaller, more structured, and substantially more defensible for brands that land correctly.

What a full UK landing looks like through VB.

We operate the full stack between your manufacturing line and the UK trade shelf:

  • Regulatory and duty layer: HMRC approvals, import paperwork, MHRA notifications, Tobacco and Vapes Bill alignment.
  • Stamping and compliance layer: VDS application, serialised audit trail, audit-response infrastructure.
  • Warehousing and logistics layer: bonded storage, pick/pack/despatch, next-day fulfilment, reverse logistics.
  • Commercial and trade layer: nationwide distribution, named account leadership, category support, activation planning.

The commercial model, in plain terms.

We work with brand partners under three models depending on fit:

  • Exclusive UK distribution — for brands that want VB as their single UK route-to-market.
  • Master distribution — for brands that want VB as their primary UK platform while maintaining flexibility.
  • Duty representation and stamping-as-a-service — for brands that already have UK commercial infrastructure but need an approved representative.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with overseas manufacturers who don't have a UK entity?
Yes. That's one of the core reasons our Duty Representative model exists.
Can you handle MHRA notifications and product registration?
Yes. Regulatory support is included in the onboarding process and in ongoing service.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Yes, under the exclusive distribution model. Exclusivity terms are performance-linked and agreed per brand.
How do you price your services?
Depends on the model. Exclusive and master distribution are commercial partnerships with margin-share structures. Duty representation and stamping-as-a-service are priced on a service basis.
What happens if our brand doesn't perform in the UK?
We have an honest 90-day review. If the category case isn't working, we'll tell you and propose an adjustment.
Can you support pre-launch regulatory work and post-launch commercial growth?
Yes. The platform is designed as a full-lifecycle partner, not a one-time market-entry service.
